Nice little house, NOT suitable for 6 adults! Positive: Nice quiet neighborhood, lovely backyard, updated kitchen. Negative: NOT as advertised! Very small - NOT 2232 ft - actually only 1116 sf! ONLY 1 full Bath with tub and shower!! The other is a small powder room with no tub or shower, in the Master Bedroom!! This might be fine for a close family or a few close friends. It was totally unsuitable for our group of 3 couples, some of whom hadn’t met each other prior to the trip. I would never have booked this property for our group. Also, no laundry, and only one towel per person for a three day stay! Only 1 hand towel and 2 washcloths in the bathroom and and the powder room!! And not even anywhere to dry them! Definitely not as clean, well furnished or equipped as the other rentals where we’ve stayed.

Needed a good cleaning

Great house – clean, plenty of room, and provided a great location to return home to after visiting various sites in Colorado.

This house was great and had the nicest backyard to relax in. It was in a very nice and walkable neighborhood. Perfect spot to stay for our Red Rocks concert!

We did not stay. Place was unclean and smelled like cigarettes. Waiting for a refund.
