Overall 3 out of 5. The home was missing some crucial items. For a large group- please have a coffee pot (missing carafe), appropriate amount of silverware & pots & pans( missing spoons & the ONE skillet was left dirty & in horrible condition. I left it out on the stove for you to throw away). Also 2 beds upstairs were propped up with make-shift wooden braces (the 2 couples did not like those beds!). Maybe invest in some quality bed frames for those rooms). Missing window screens throughout the house… when we did not have AC, we didn’t feel comfortable opening windows.The house was tidy & in a great location (very quiet area & close to our event). The team was great at coming in a timely manner to fix the AC (but the 1st night was quite miserable). Would have appreciated having some info on WiFi prior to our stay. Had to reach out 3 times to get the correct info.I think with a little extra love - this house could be a excellent rental.

The property was perfect for a large group. It was clean and well stocked. The host is very responsive and checked in regularly. We would definitely stay there again.
