Great location and helpful hosts

Stayed here for three nights on a girl’s trip. It was a super easy check in process and requesting an early check in was easy and accommodating. Loved the location since we attended a concert at Red Rocks while we were there. We were able to hear the music from Red Rocks the other two nights from the house and were so close that we caught a sunrise hike there too. We enjoyed the neighbor’s horses eating and galloping one morning and saw deer and rabbits from the property. The property had all the amenities we could ask for. The beds were comfortable and the location made it easy to take a day trip into the mountains or go into Denver. We had no plumbing issues while at this property which was mentioned in a review from April. I would highly recommend this location.

An amazing experience of visiting Red Rocks for a show. Will definitely be back with friends.

The property was beautiful. Both bathrooms had issues. No cold water pressure in the sinks. Brushed teeth with warm water. Shower in front bathroom had no room. second bathroom tub shower had no railing to get in and out.. truly a fall risk. Had 2 nights of toilet clog in front bathroom. The Plummer who came was great, but this should have never happened.
