The MCM Movie Manor|Big Backyard|Movie Theater

This property was exactly as advertised. It was in a great location for our family (note that it's in a residential neighborhood, so would not have been our choice for an adults-only vacation), the kids loved all the games and activities, and there was plenty of space for both sleeping and hanging out. The kids especially loved watching movies in the theater room and playing games on the arcade. It was well-stocked and had everything we needed for our stay. The landscaping crew showed up pull weeds and trim one day, and they were very friendly, quick, and non-intrusive. The host communicated quickly and clearly, including when we thought there might be a water leak in one of the bathrooms (there wasn't, as confirmed by maintenance who showed up as scheduled the next morning).If I were to nit-pick anything, I would say that it can be kind of loud (it backs up to a busy road and the A/C makes some funny noises), the curb to get into the driveway is very steep/jarring, the air conditioning took awhile to cool down the upstairs, and the pillows were pretty uncomfortable. Those are all minor things but they might concern you if you're a picky guest.Overall, if you're looking for a large space with quick access to the sights around Denver, this is a good option. It was exactly what we were looking for and we would stay here again.

Great place for a large group. Tons of space for all to sleep. Perfect dining room table that sat all of us.

The host helped us tremendously before we ever even got to the house. If it would have rained the whole trip, we would have been perfectly happy to stay indoors! There was so much to do in this house!

Great rental for mulit-family travelers with dogs and kids. Nice open floor plan, big dining table. The kids loved the pool table and movie room. It was snowy so they didnt get a chance to use the outdoor games. Nice fenced uard for the dogs
