Safety concerns with visible black mold on several jets in tub. Positive: The bed was comfortable and it was a good location. Negative: Extremely disappointing stay. The property was not properly cleaned or maintained before our arrival. We found a used Band-Aid floating in the pool, the backyard was in complete disarray, and the jets in the bathtub were covered in disgusting mold. These are basic cleanliness and maintenance issues that should have been addressed before guests arrived. For the price of this property, the condition was unacceptable. We were interrupted 4 times on our only full day there so they could fix things. THAT was absolutely unacceptable!!!

It was a great stay and experience, only thing that might need to be check on is WiFi connection around the house since the area seems to not have the best cellular connection.

We appreciated the layout of the house which accommodated two families. The kids really enjoyed the pool and the games. The issues we encountered included unclear instructions for unlocking and accessing the property upon arrival, multiple door and garage door keypads that had dead batteries and did not work consistently or at all, and wifi that did not work. The Atomic Stays team was responsive when I reached out to request maintenance. The internet remained an issue the entire stay even after maintenance replaced the router, which was a significant inconvenience and hassle to have to provide back and forth tech support with the rental team for multiple days with inadequate resolution. It would be helpful to have a printed guidebook with instructions so that we didn’t have to access a web portal for house information. The kitchen could use restocking of items such as spatulas, kitchen towels, hot pads, etc. a number of lights didnt turn on. The pool light needs fixed. My overall impression is that the rental management is not doing a thorough check that everything is functioning properly in between guest stays. For the high price we paid, I would have preferred to stay elsewhere.

Nice place with a pool to relax in quiet neighborhood. Nice and close to a lot og fun things and grocery stores. Thank you!

Pool was warm and enjoyable. Space was adequate and comfortable for our stay.
