Comfortable space for our family gathering of 12. Great AC on hot days and comfortable beds. This is a downtown location so street parking is available but not always right at the house.

Good spot. Very usable house. Updated but still a little outdated, but nice. Back yard hang out spot nothing to brag about. Everything worked and great communication. Nice street but a lightly run down section town . . . never felt unsafe though. The number of bedrooms was really good. Worked well for my purposes.

Great multi bedroom house
Good location, quick ride to downtown Denver. 30+ from Boulder and Golden. House was clean, tons of beds/bathrooms and plenty of cookware.

Great place
We had a lovely couple days in this beautiful home. Very clean, well decorated with great art! Lovely patio! Great location -walking distance to coffee shops etc. very accommodating host
